What is the transportation cost?
Transportation cost varies depending on the distance and type of transfer.
What documents are required for transportation?
Usually you need the patient’s passport, medical records and the attending doctor’s contacts. The dispatcher will confirm the exact list.
Is transportation with a medical escort available?
Yes, we can arrange escort from basic care to a specialized medical team.
Can the vehicle be adapted to the patient’s specific needs?
Yes, we equip the vehicle for the patient’s condition: oxygen, monitoring and other equipment.
Can I pay by card?
Yes, the crew accepts card payment on site, and payment via a link is also available.
Do you work with legal entities (bank transfer)?
Yes. For companies we issue an invoice, waybill and certificate of completed works.
Is a prepayment required?
Prepayment terms depend on the route and scope of services. We confirm them when agreeing on the request.
Do you provide documents for reporting?
Yes, we provide a full set of reporting documents for individuals and companies.

What is the maximum transportation distance?
We can arrange transportation up to 500 km without additional conditions.
What medical supplies do you provide during transportation?
Vehicles carry basic medical equipment and first-aid supplies; any extra kit is agreed in advance.
Patients after surgery
Do you provide insurance for transportation?
Yes, we can arrange insurance for the transportation.
How many people can accompany the patient?
Usually 1–2 seats are available for companions; the exact number is confirmed for the route.
Do you provide medications during transportation?
We take the patient’s medications as prescribed by the doctor; the crew monitors the condition en route.
Children and newborns
What safety equipment do you use?
All vehicles have special child seats matched to age and weight.
Can you provide medical staff for children?
Yes, if needed we arrange escort staff experienced with children and newborns.
What additional services do you offer for children?
We can prepare pediatric equipment, oxygen support and parent accompaniment en route.
Can a child travel with pets?
Travel with pets is arranged individually, considering patient safety and transport rules.
Patients with chronic diseases
Do you have experience with such patients?
Yes, our drivers have experience transporting patients with various chronic conditions.
Can you provide special nutrition?
Special nutrition can be arranged by prior agreement on longer routes.
Can you transport a patient to rehabilitation?
Yes, we arrange transfers to rehabilitation centers in Ukraine and abroad.
